You can add a product to an existing subscription order now.
This feature allows your customer to add more subscription products to their subscription order.
- Lets customers increase their overall cart value
- Provides convenience for customer to be able to change their order and add more items
- Enables merchant to easily add a product for their customer
This feature is currently available on the merchant dashboard, but is coming soon to the customer portal this month.
How to add product to subscription order for your customer:
- From Ongoing, click on Subscriptions
- Click the subscription you want to manage
- On the Subscription Products section, click Add Product
- Search for product you want to add, click Add product, select variant and quantity, and click Add to Subscription
The new product(s) will be added to your current subscription order.
The products and price will be updated on all future orders.
It defaults to use the same subscription plan. This means the delivery and billing will be the same for the new products added.
