You can update the shipping address for a customer in the Ongoing app.
- From Ongoing, click on Subscriptions
- Click on the subscription you want to manage
- In Shipping Address, click Update
- Update the shipping address and click Save
NOTE: When a customer updates their default address or shipping address on Shopify, it is not automatically updated on subscription contracts. Why? A customer could have purchased a subscription for a friend or family, and may not want to automatically update the shipping address on all subscriptions to their address.
This new feature allows for full control over shipping addresses on all individual subscription orders.
